Hailey is our Head of Management and Development and supports operations, marketing, and program development efforts here at Underdog.

My Story

Hi there! Hailey here.

I come to this organization with 14 years of Animal Welfare experience under my belt, specifically in shelter operations management. I've worked at multiple local shelters and rescues in the Northern Colorado area over the years. Previously, I also led national temporary emergency shelters with the ASPCA's Field Investigations and Response division with animals rescued from cruelty or disaster situations.

I'm super excited to be working alongside Molly here at Underdog so we can continue supporting Colorado rescue dogs. My goal here is to support Underdog in building community and continue connecting our services and expertise with those who need it most.

I also enjoy rock climbing, cooking, and traveling. Happy to call Fort Collins my home and that I'm able to contribute to the great community here.
